No problem. I was at work and on my phone, so that's why it was short and sweet. The weld would definitely have to be Z'd or angled and reinforced (fish-plated) on the inside and outside, I would get it checked by ultrasound also, just to make sure. The hardest part would be making the cuts and bringing everything back together square. If you have another vehicle, I don't see why this would be longer than a week project. The new driveshaft would be the most expensive part. Talk to some custom/off-road shops and see what they say
Hahaha, naw, I'd rather find a screw and slap an 8ft bed on it. I don't think you guys realize the amount of crew cab/8ft bed 250s and 350s up here, my truck is still little...
