    1. Turn the ignition on but don't start the truck.
    2. Wait approximately 1 minute for the seat-belt light to turn off.
    3. after seat-belt light turns off, buckle and unbuckle the seat-belt 9 times
    4. after buckle/unbuckle 9x, the seat-belt light or airbag light is going to blink, after it's done blinking, buckle and unbuckle seat-belt one more time and now the seat-belt chime is deactivated.

    Note:
*In order to do this sequence properly, occupant in vehicle must be by himself in the truck with no other occupants.
*All doors need to be closed.
*The passenger seat usually has a seat-belt chime sensor equipped so the seat-belt deactivation must be done for that seat as well separately.
*Occupant must be in passenger seat in order to do the seat-belt chime deactivation sequence for that seat.
*To activate the seat-belt chime repeat the same sequence for each seat and seat-belt chime will reactivate.
