1987 Jeep Renegade CJ7 for sale

it was my dads and its been at their old house that im buying and....i already have too many vehicles or else id want it. it has an inline 6 with low miles. the drives front fender has a minor dent in it but other than that the body is in great shape. paint is ruff but then again its a old jeep ha ha. its automatic and has a hard top as well

ive always loved jeeps and my dad always had them and this one runs great...but ive already got two damn trucks..a car and motorcycles ha ha. ran out of room to store them. i think im a vehicle hoarder

 

any issues other than what you listed already? i might be interested.

 

i believe the brakes need to be blead (bleed? whatever) cause there is air in the lines, but other than that nothing that i know of. it hasnt really been driven since my dad passed so ill have to drive it and find out

 

Was looking some stuff up and had a few more questions.

Is it an 87 or 86? I couldn't really find the 87 cj7 model or renegade.(just asking)

Is it fuel injected or carbureted?

How are the tires?

 

its carburated and it may be a 86, i guessed 87 cause thats what we have had before. im about to go over to the house during my lunch break so ill get some more pics and check the tag for the specific year. tires are in good shape, but they are just a basic all terrain. 31x10.5s

 

damn... depending on the price i might be interested too. my dads been looking for one as a work horse for the land

its a 85, i looked yesterday. odometer shows 200k ha ha but the motor was just rebuild a handful of years ago. might actually have it sold, but if not ill keep up on this thread
