i was only gonna do pvc if i left them in them bed, but i'm starting to like the idea of taking them in and out then i would do mdf because they would be out of the elements something like this if pvc

well i would definatly like to add some 6x9's but to keep it cheaper and use the speakers i already have, i may try using this 2 Way Stereo Speaker Selector Two Way Switch NEW IN BOX - eBay (item 120668575162 end time Mar-07-11 17:42:54 PST) to keep it cheap for now i will leave the speakers in the tool box and pull them out when needed until i can afford to upgrade to marine speakers and even then they will be under the tonneau
ok, talked to my sound buddy and gonna try a toggle switch from radioshack for 2.99, if it doesn't work i'm not out a whole lot
oh and also thinking about mounting them to the lid of the toolbox so when you open the lid they are up high and point outward, should work well
