I have purchased my bed cover, bed lights, and afew other items from them. I have had no issues with my bed cover, it was the best price on the web and they always have free shipping! I here recently purchased a set of bed lights, but when I had them installed one section on both sides do not work. I called autoanything, around 6:30 pm and spoke to a rep ( there based in the USA). I explained that I ordered the lights about a month ago and just had them installed and they were not working right. He explained that it would be covered under the manufacturers warranty and he would update me by friday evening on the next step to getting them replaced. Today I got 2 emails, the first was instructions on where to ship the product and what all would be involved. The second one was this: Dear James Walton, I have sent you the warranty instructions. A label for the return will be emailed to you by the end of business tomorrow. Thank you for choosing AutoAnything. We look forward to serving you and your vehicle for many years to come. ive ordered a few things hear and there from them, they have awesome customer service in my expierences and always free shipping is a win
that reminds me of buyin a lift for my jeep off ebay...... I ordered a 4" lift with upgraded nitro shocks for my 2001 jeep....$650-700 2 days later I had a couple boxes wooohoooo. I broke into em and got to noticing the parts didnt look NOTHING like what it was supposed to. Dug the instructions out and it was for a ZJ (cherokee) mines a TJ. I called and explained that the f'd up and sent the wrong one and the checked the order and was like yeah we shipped you the wrong kit. Said he would mail me shipping labels to send it back and would get the right kit on the way too. 2-3 days later i get the right kit and put it on that weekend. Days, weeks, and months went by and no shipping labels came, no one called wanting it back so i sold that beech for 500 bucks and ended up havin hardly anything in my lift
this sounds like my first pay check at my new job... the direct deposit was screwed up by them so they paid me in cash (540.00) for the first check so i get the next pay check direct deposited along with the 540. from the first one and its been 3 months now and i got an extra 540 sitting around, im waiting it out a bit then its mine
