Ok so here's my plan I'm going to take off the V10 badges and F250 badges on both sides and spray them all black then come back and fill the letters in with red paint I have 1-shot paint since I used to pinstripe.

So I know I have to use a heat gun to get them off so my question is how do I get them back on?? And since there holes for them to be mounted why the adhesive??

The holes are just there as an assembly aid so they go in the same spot every time on the production line.

You can get automotive 2 sided tape to reapply. I have actually used a thin coat of silicone sealant in a pinch and it worked just fine.

3M trim adhesive. It's what they use from the factory.

I've done that before but don't want to have to re paint and I think that the black and red will really pop
