Alright so I just ordered some new replacement fog lights and the cash flow is pretty good with a summer job ha, I haven't seen any tool boxes on Craigslist yet so that's being set aside until one surfaces. So here the next thing I'm looking for, powered tow mirrors with built in led blinker? Are they out there and if so prices and difficulty of install? 2004 Ford F150 Truck Mirror - Side View at 1AAuto.com ak cowboy, if the same screenname, made a post in another forum about wiring in power/heat/signal mirrors in 2011. http://www.1aauto.com/1A/Mirrors/Ford/F150-Truck/1AMRP00618/511988/2004 I see UWS and other brands on CL at various times but driving 100+ miles to get a toolbox doesn't seem cost effective.
^^^ His 2nd link is a damn good price for loaded out Tow Mirrors. ak_cowboys shows how to add the led from scratch. so you would actually order the led part, and add that into your current mirror. i thought i had a write up over here for tow mirrors (cant find it anywhere) so I am gonna re-post the thread since i have it all saved. I have a UWS fullsize toolbox if you want one. it will cost you the price of me getting an inbed toolbox and some cash so I can get the materials to mount it.
