    Ya hopefully you get your stuff.. but o. Another note, ddm tuning has all their hid kits back up for sale. And what I love is for $15 I can get two new bulbs at whatever color I want ;)

    imo he should have just chalked the bad bulb up as a loss and shipped you a new one. let us know how this turns out

    I had a bad ballast with my fogs that I shipped back to him and he shipped them right back. The new ones work just fine. Tabby had some problems with the kits she was receiving too, but I haven't had any trouble with any of the kits since they've been installed. I've got 4 heads (3 F150, 1 lincoln) and 1 fogs.

    She got them from Jon a while ago. It seems like he's been really busy or having trouble with getting the right products sent out. Her problem seemed like she got a set that was returned and shipped out by accident.
