So if you put a good bulb in, the fuse doesn't blow?

Correct... I went to Walmart bought a new bulb (temporary till my HID's get here) but it don't blow if there are good bulbs in there... I'll prolly re-experience the problem when I go to install the HID's...

most HID kits tell you to upgrade the fuse in the box from a 15A to a 20A. Had you tried this?

I was thinking the same thing...because those raptor lights might be pushing that 15amp right to the point of blowing....it really wouldn't hurt to upgrade to a 20amp....i think that might be a smart thing to do anyways....even though you don't have your HIDs yet.....go ahead and do it.

glad you found it. Yeah it would hurt to put in a 20A fuse. I wouldn't go higher than that that your wiring is rated at 22A

Well the wiring set up I use for my HIDs has like a 30 fuse in the relay itself, would that me I still should put another in the fuse box?

yes, that is just a fuse for the relay itself so you don't blow your inverters. and if your HID is runnin a 30A, you should definitely bump it up to a 20A in the box.
