I appreciate it. I am currently gorilla glueing the roller switch to the door so it will be automatic!

Next I will tackle the bed of my truck, but I will need a new roll and one that is for sure waterproof. This one is indoor/ outdoor, I think I can get a better quality one for the same price, got to find it!

It is super easy. Solder gun, slider, led strip, and roller switch. Everything was purchased through Amazon.com

Led roll was 12, switch was 4, solder and solder gun was 12. Then get some wire and you are ready to go!

Not doing a roller switch in the bed. I have a gravity type switch on the bed lights I currently have so I won't need a roller, but it would be easy to mount on there. You could mount it low and when the bed closed it would work!
