Need help wiring Hella 500ff

    No problem. Could you tell me how you would use 87a? I thought it was a secondary input for 30, but not according to this...

    Thats applicable to 5 prong applications. I believe also that you use a 5 prong relay to wire multiple relays. for instance, if i wanted to run my outside roof lights to be blinkers as well as the standard running light, i'd have to have 3 relays per light just to get that to work. 1 relay would trip during running light. then 1 would trip another that would cut off the first to allow the blinking. any headaches yet? lol.

    yes...I hate electricity and wiring....Not going to worry about it right now though

    So, would the battery be a good place to grab power for my toggle switch? Also, wheres the easiest place to run wires from the engine bay into the cab?

    Yeah. I ran a single 12g wire from my battery into my cab and tap that for any *constant on* power source I need. Make sure it's fused.

    If you remove your radiator coolant resivor tank, there is a rubber plug in the firewall that comes out right above your pedals. I can take a pic of the in-cab side if you want.

    got 'em all wired up temporarily for now. damn these things are awesome! this weekend when i have more light im going to drill a hole for the switch and mount it, and then run wire loom around everything
