Discovered a leak in the Ranger's radiator.
Seems to be coming from the outlet tube area around the crimp of the aluminum core to composite side tank.
Drained the coolant, disconnect the air filter cover, four bolts, two transmission lines, three hoses, and set the shroud back over the fan and that sucker comes right out of there.

I tried a new product called JB Weld Water Weld. It's a two part epoxy you knead an apply. Sanded the area first and washed with Magic Clean and blown dry with compressed air before applying.

Sets in 60 minutes. Worked great, the leak is gone. Test drove 1/2 hour and checked for leak, it's holding pressure and coolant now.
