Haha I'll let you know how things go. It's going to be 2 more weeks before I get my truck back :( so I'm going to send my Edge out to get Gryphonized, and that'll be my truck fund for March. Cowl + Grill (probably Saleen) will be end of April :peace:

Is that summit scoop metal? Why not find someone to weld it on if you cant weld it yourself. Just remember, dont do the whole thing at once. its best if you tack the entire scoop all around to prevent warping. And, if you go this route, you might as well cut out the underside of your hood that the scoop is replacing, and just leave the cross supports.

Nah, they're all plastic. I've looked at them at the Summit up the road from me. They're high quality, but all the scoops on the floor in the showroom were plastic.

Yeah, its plastic. The metal ones are more than double the price. I might drill a hole above the intake, but don't think cutting out all of it would work.
