    True projector bulbs don't mount in place, it's a rod with the light part on the end, it can only slide in so far, then a tab slides over the end of it and screws tight so it dosnt come out.

    thats what im saying, i can order h1 bulbs... wouldnt that work?

    Not quite, because they don't twist into place like regular headlights do.
