Yes do the tail lights. I did a little write up in my thread. As for "smoking" the headlights no, dont do the housing lens. paint the inside of the housing by baking them, but dont tint the lenses
Just to touch on Vano I would put clear coat also. i just did a set and it turned out great this was my first time. I had also painted the inside flat black to match the Harley tails at first then decided to spray tint them.
