Alright so I was applying my vht nightshades to my tail lights, fog lights and top stop light...

Well after they dried on the first coat they all looked pretty good, aside from the fog lights who looked like the paint was cracking, so I figured like many other spray paints, the second coat would fill in the cracks and even it out.

It didn't, and somebody told me goo-gone would take this stuff off, so I applied that and scrubbed and scraped the fog lights and it's not coming off...
    Anyone got any ideas?

Get some mineral spirits, gas/paint remover will work also, but I'd water it down first. Don't want to be melting the plastics

brake fluid will take paint/finish off of anything, you have to be super careful using it on your truck

Certain Carb cleaners will work. I've used some before that did great but I recently found out the oreileys brand will eat the plastic.

Strange, my third brake light had cracks in the paint. I stripped it, sanded and prepped it, resprayed it and it still cracked in the same manner.
