    all highway driving last I checked was 17, city is around 15 and because its winter about 13.5 now in the city

    yea im noticing 14.5 to 15.5 in city right now...im still unsure what the torque lock settings do...i read in the evo manual but not sure what it actually does.

    ok did you try contacting them thru ebay or just look at their ebay store? he had some for 97-03 when i bought mine last week...

    freaking love it dude! totally has changed my truck! gonna play with some more setting this weekend! not seeing any improvement in fuel economy tho....
