I am thinking about putting a light bar on the front of my truck, and I was wanting some input on what lights I should put on it. I want to be able to light it UP!

Most company make a Driving pattern, fog pattern and long range pattern.
I want to know what the main difference is in the Driving and long range pattern. Where I live is extremely wooded and I would like some more light. I was thinking with a light bar that holds 4 lights, I would hook the 2 outside ones to my low beams and run them in the fog pattern, but the two inside lights I want to reach out infront of me. I dont want them to be like spotlights so I am thinking the driving beam would work best. I will hook em up to the high beams.

I am thinking the inside ones ( long range) will be HID offroad lights and the inside ones can be regular halogen.

So.. I need some suggestions on what brand/ model to get. Any Ideas? I really dont want to spend 1000 on a set (2) HID offroad lights.

i have 2 hella 700s that are pointed straight foward that reach waaaaay out there, then i have 2 500s that are straight out and theyre to help with the headlights. HID lights are going to be expensive, but i found a video on youtube where the guy made his hella 500 into a HID light..i can send you the vid if you want. Ill be doing that probably this fall when i can afford $200 in 4 HID kits.

lol me and jesse know from the 4 wheel parts show, those LED lightbars are BRIGHT!
driving lights are gonna be short and wide like headlights and long range are gonna be long and skinny beams like spot lights
